The intensive course offered both theory and practice, allowing our team to gain full expertise and proficiency in coffee making. The results were immediate with the implementation of internal trainings for F & B employees and a more consistent level of service and quality in the coffee-making and maintenance of the machines.

The experience is worthwhile and accessible for anyone from the novices (like me) to the professionals who need to refresh their skills. The trainers are industry oriented and they know what they are talking about. After the training I have rounded out my knowledge as a beverage trainer. It has given me new ideas to combine coffee with alcoholic beverages. Videos, charts, verbal teaching and most importantly hands on training are covered in the class. IICBT has done a great job during the training and I now understand what coffee is all about. They have very good trainers and friendly accommodating staff for any trainee to learn about the wonders of coffee making. Our service reception 'Coffee/tea Boy’ was transformed into a 'Barista' following his training at the IICBT in Knowledge Village. His Espresso's have the perfect crema and his Cappuccino's are as good as the best coffee shops around Dubai. It was a pleasure dealing with IICBT & I will not hesitate to use them in the future when we employ more staff. The coffee making has improved. The staff members are less frustrated with making espresso's, cappuccino's etc. since they know what the correct (& fast) procedure is IICBT courses were great for me, specially being a beginner to the F&B industry. It gave a better understanding of the different aspects and in-depth knowledge related to F&B. The courses designed are appropriate for training new staff and progress at a proper pace. Thank you for your assistance. We are working on improving our coffee standards internally, as the staff we had sent recently to IICBT found their training very beneficial. It was a great (and fun) learning experience, supported by an extensive hands-on module on professional equipment which anyone would be likely to encounter in their professional career. I left with a thorough practical knowledge of all the facets of coffee making. I highly recommend this experience for both professionals and coffee aficionados in Dubai.
